The Konsulate

A room where several AI models think a problem through together, while you decide which of their sentences are worth keeping.

The Konsulate is a tool I built for a particular kind of thinking, the sort that used to happen in a good meeting, where you put a question in the middle of the table and let several minds work on it at once. Here the minds are language models, Claude and GPT among them, and each one takes on a role rather than simply answering, so that one might offer an idea while another quietly argues against it.

The part I care about most is what becomes of all that talk. As the conversation runs you highlight the phrases that ring true, and those highlighted signals are the only material the summarizing roles are allowed to build on, so the reading you end up with is assembled out of your own judgment rather than out of whatever the models happened to say. The models supply the raw thinking, and the sense of what actually matters stays with you.

It started as a way to brainstorm with more than one model without drowning in browser tabs, and it slowly became a small study of how these tools might sit inside a working process instead of standing in for it. It runs live, and you are welcome to look around: the-konsulate.com.
